What sold in Q2 2026

Across the islands tracked, 126 homes closed in Q2 2026 at a median of $640,000. New Providence led with 71 sales at a $600,000 median. Eleuthera had the highest median at $2.15M, Exuma $1.43M, Abaco $1.18M and Grand Bahama $475,000.

Rental potential

In 2025, average nightly rates were about $297 in Nassau, $742 in Exuma and $1,100 in Hope Town, Abaco, with estimated annual revenue of roughly $42,300, $102,700 and $151,700 per property.
